Your psychologist will work with you to set therapeutic goals, with each new session helping you to face life's challenges by accessing the skills and strengths you already possess. Counselling support is offered for a range of presenting concerns, including, anxiety, depression, single-event or complex trauma, chronic pain, stress and anger management, as well as enhancing self-esteem and resilience.
